Reservations and deposits

Online checkout collects a $50 reservation deposit only — it is not full payment. The deposit is credited toward your rental balance once availability and delivery timing are confirmed by phone.

If Rocam Services cannot fulfill your requested availability or delivery timing, the deposit is refunded.

Rental terms

Hospital bed rentals are billed monthly. Final pricing, rental duration, and any applicable fees are reviewed with you by phone before dispatch.

Delivery and pickup are included free with a monthly commitment scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Urgent same-day discharge dispatch carries a $125 priority fee.

Rented equipment remains the property of Rocam Services and must be returned at the end of the rental period in reasonable condition, normal wear excepted.

Service area

Delivery is available in Ventura County, the San Fernando Valley, and the Santa Clarita Valley, California. Routes are confirmed by phone before any order is finalized.
