What we collect

When you request a callback or check availability, we collect the details you submit: your name, phone number, ZIP code or delivery area, and any message you include about equipment needs or timing.

When you place a reservation deposit, payment is processed by Stripe. Rocam Services does not see or store your full card number.

Like most websites, we use Google tags to measure which ads and pages lead to calls and requests. This may involve cookies and standard analytics data such as pages visited and general location.

How we use it

We use your contact details to respond to your request — confirming availability, delivery timing, setup access, and pricing by phone or text.

We use aggregate analytics to understand which pages and ads are working. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that make the site work: our payment processor (Stripe), analytics and advertising measurement (Google), and our website hosting provider. We share only what those services need to operate.
